John-Michael Davis - Support

Having worked overseas and as a professional teacher, John-Michael brings a unique perspective to support and training that elevates our services beyond technical jargon and buzz words.  He has completed several implementations from start-ups to well established distributors, and he is well versed in the struggles a company can go through when managing the changes associated with new business systems.  Using his background in education and system implementations, John-Michael is responsible for our support department.  His goal is to ensure we're meeting your unique needs no matter what stage of a project you're firm is involved in.

 

Chris Strahl - Product Development

With a specialty in business processes and technical solutions, Chris Strahl manages the complexities of our more technical implementations and software development projects. If there is a complex problem to be solved, or a system to be customized, Chris will get involved. With six years of experience in software development and project management coupled with over two years of experience using SAP Business One, he is well suited to ensure that your implementation fits your business perfectly.

 

Chris Bloom - Media and Web Applications

As the self-styled "web ninja" of our organization, Chris (or "Bloom" to avoid confusion) uses his background in design and advertising and his strong technical skills to manage the creation of our branding, image, and web application design.  If there is something that your business needs to do with the web, Bloom is the guy to do it.  He's been improving the web presence of companies for over four years, and has built dozens of web sites and web applications for professional companies.  Bloom also has a passion for open source applications, and is a contributor to the open source community.  He's also largely responsible for this site, so if you see something that doesn't work, let him know!
