SAP Social Media Summary
In short, SAP has embraced social media and is active in almost every area being explored by business today. They've had a few missteps with how it's been utilized, but I think now it's coming together and is a good way of connecting with the company.
To utilize the social networks of SAP best, we suggest you sign-up with an account at one of the social media sites and then explore the links of each SAP account. For example, become a fan of the SAP4SME page on Facebook, then explore the other Facebook Pages they link to. Usually, SAP pages link to all the other ones on each social media website.
